The existing hearing loop system had been defective, creating both a compliance issue and a significant accessibility barrier.
While the system was required by the local council, the more pressing concern was that customers with hearing loss were unable to fully engage with performances. A full upgrade was implemented using a Listen Technologies Auri system with neckloops.
