Make sure no guest misses a word.

Wireless interpretation systems allow multilingual wedding guests to listen to ceremonies, vows and speeches in their preferred language through discreet, lightweight receivers and earpieces. When families and guests speak different languages, a wedding should still feel like one shared experience. Our wireless interpretation systems allow an interpreter to translate the ceremony, vows and speeches in real time, with guests listening discreetly through their own lightweight receiver and earpiece.

How It Works

The interpreter listens to the ceremony or speech and speaks the translated version into a wireless transmitter. Guests requiring translation wear a receiver and earpiece, allowing them to hear the interpretation clearly without interrupting the ceremony for everyone else.

That fits nicely with how your existing interpretation equipment works: wireless transmitters send an interpreter's audio directly to receivers, allowing live simultaneous interpretation without stopping the event.

Helping Every Guest Feel Included

Wedding translation systems are ideal for any celebration where guests speak different languages and you want everyone to feel included in the important moments.

They can be used throughout the day, from the ceremony itself through to evening speeches and announcements, giving selected guests a clear live translation without interrupting the flow of the wedding.

They’re particularly useful for:

  • Wedding ceremonies and vows – so guests can follow every word as it happens.
  • Readings and prayers – ideal for multilingual or religious ceremonies.
  • Speeches and toasts – helping family and friends understand and enjoy the more personal moments.
  • Multicultural weddings – bringing families together when more than one language is spoken.
  • International guests – perfect when friends or relatives are travelling from overseas.
  • Religious ceremonies – providing discreet interpretation without disrupting proceedings.
  • Wedding receptions – for speeches, announcements, entertainment or other key moments.
  • Civil ceremonies – allowing guests to follow the registrar, readings and vows clearly.
  • Destination weddings – particularly useful where the couple, venue staff and guests may all speak different languages.
  • Larger weddings – where only part of the guest list requires translation, rather than translating everything for the whole room.

Whether it’s two guests or an entire side of the family, we can tailor the system around who needs to listen and when.
