ListenTALK supports press tour at 465,000 sq ft giant warehouse.

The distribution giant claims to have made a £90m investment in the 465,000 sq ft Burnley hub, which is bigger than four football fields and taller than four double decker buses.

 

 

 

 

The Challenge

Exertis needed a way to engage journalists on a press tour within a large, active warehouse environment. Background noise, distance, and group movement made it difficult to ensure journalists could clearly hear the guide and actively participate throughout the tour.

 

The Solution

Each journalist was equipped with an LK-1 transceiver and LA-451 headset, allowing them to hear clearly and ask questions in real time at the press of a button. This created a more engaging, conversational experience between the host and attendees.
